1. Who we are

This website is operated by Neriela (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our returns and refunds, shipping and privacy policy pages.

2. Products

We describe every piece as accurately as we can: material, size and finish are listed on each product page. Colors can look slightly different on screens. Natural stone and wood vary from piece to piece, and this is not a defect. Mezuzah cases are sold as cases, without a kosher scroll, unless the product page says otherwise.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include free shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you order.

4. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. We confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available, a price was clearly wrong or we suspect fraud; in that case we refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, returns and refunds are set out on our shipping and returns pages, which form part of these terms.

6. Content

The texts, guides, photos and designs on this site belong to Neriela or its partners and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission. Our guides are general information about Jewish traditions; customs differ between communities, and for a question about your own practice you should ask your rabbi.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the products we sell as required by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order, or for misuse of a product, for example leaving candles burning unattended. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one online when you place your order.
