How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 7 to 15 business days anywhere in the US. Shipping is free and tracked on every order.
Will it arrive before Hanukkah?
Hanukkah 2026 begins at sundown on Friday, December 4. Orders placed by November 18 are expected to arrive before the first night.
What is your return policy?
Write to us within 30 days of delivery and we send you the return steps. Pieces must be unworn and in their box.
Is your silver jewelry real sterling silver?
Pieces marked sterling are solid 925 silver, stamped 925. Plated pieces are called plated. Stainless steel pieces say so.
Do your mezuzah cases include a kosher scroll?
No. We sell the case only. A kosher scroll (klaf) must be written by hand by a trained scribe.
Can I ship a gift directly to someone?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the shipping address at checkout. The tracking link comes to you.
How do I know the size of a pendant?
Every product page lists the size in millimeters and inches, and one photo shows the piece worn at its real size.
Who checks the Hebrew on your pieces?
We read every engraving letter by letter against the original text before a piece goes on the site.
