30-day returns

You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging, with its pouch or box.

How to start a return

1. Write to us through our contact page with your order number and the piece you want to return.
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and the steps.
3. Send the piece back with tracking. Keep the tracking number until your refund is done.

Items sent back without asking us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the piece arrived damaged, faulty or was not the one you ordered.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We send a replacement or give a full refund, your choice, and you do not need to send the piece back.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Exchanges and ring sizes

The quickest way to get a different size or piece is to return the one you have and place a new order. For ring sizes, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we sort it out with you.

Gifts

If the piece was a gift shipped straight to the recipient, the refund goes to the person who placed the order.
