Free tracked shipping

Shipping is free and tracked on every order. We currently ship to the United States.

How long it takes

• Processing: 1 to 3 business days.
• Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after shipping.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Hanukkah 2026

Hanukkah begins at sundown on Friday, December 4, 2026. Orders placed by November 18 are expected to arrive before the first night. After that date we still ship every order, but we cannot promise delivery before Hanukkah.

Sending a gift

Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout. The tracking link comes to you, and no prices are included in the parcel.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your piece arrives damaged, write to us through our contact page. For damage, send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we replace the piece or refund it in full.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not shipped yet.
